The Capsule Arts team has an experienced skill set in the field of art and design, from technical know-how to procurement and logistics, to branding, PR and communications. This unique vantage point affords us an integrated approach when tackling any project.
Deepa has a background in interior design but her interest in fine art led her to specialise as an art consultant for residential and commercial projects and the hospitality sector.
Working predominantly in the UAE and wider region, Deepa has led on numerous 5 star hotel projects such as Manzil Downtown Dubai. She has proven experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with past projects including Hotel Pullman Zamzam Makkah and Bay La Sun Hotel, the first hotel to open in King Abdullah’s Economic City in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
With her keen eye for detail and understanding of a client’s needs, Deepa’s expertise in creative direction, production, project management, and procurement are applied to Capsule Arts’ bespoke service.
Rachael has been at the forefront of the UAE’s art scene curating and commenting on contemporary art for the past 7 years. She has a strong practice in arts programming, artist mentoring and arts education, and plays an instrumental role in fostering relationships with the international and regional artists that Capsule Arts works with.
Rachael has spearheaded several prestigious projects in the UAE, from developing a large-scale feature installation for Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, to commissioning artworks for the public areas of the New York University Abu Dhabi campus. Aside from supplying artworks, she is also experienced in providing styling for projects, such as for the new Taj Dubai.
Amy heads up the Capsule Arts limited edition print collection, working closely with artists in the region to make high-quality prints of their work. As part of this role, she manages the online store and has staged numerous pop-up events and exhibitions for the collection throughout the UAE. Amy also oversees marketing across the company.
Amy brings over 6 years experience working in the cultural sector to her role, most recently working at at Pelham Communications (UK), where she worked with some of the world’s leading commercial galleries and cultural organisations, such as the British Pavilion at the 55th Venice Biennale.
Buying a limited edition print means that the artwork is one in a series of the same artwork. Being limited there is a predetermined number of how many are in the series, and once set this will not differ. Therefore if you buy edition 1 of 10, there will only ever be 10 editions made in that series.
