If you aren't happy with your purchase, or if it gets damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +9714 3881799 and we shall assist you with details on how to return it.
If the item is damaged in transit, or is incorrectly supplied, we will refund the cost of postage.
In all other cases, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
Capsule Arts has a returns policy of 14 days from date of delivery. Please note that we currently only refund cards and do not give cash refunds.
Buying a limited edition print means that the artwork is one in a series of the same artwork. Being limited there is a predetermined number of how many are in the series, and once set this will not differ. Therefore if you buy edition 1 of 10, there will only ever be 10 editions made in that series.
