The Address Skyviews
The Address Sky Views is one of Emaar’s most iconic buildings located in Downtown Dubai. This two-tower development is home to a hotel, residences, dining venues, spa and event spaces. It also boasts an impressive sky bridge featuring an infinity pool and stunning views of the city.

Capsule Arts was appointed to create accessories, sculptures and decorative items for the hotel and residences – all curated in a way that evolved the story as you move throughout the space.
In the lobby and lounge, we explored the sky by day. Inspired by birds and insects in flight, sunlight streaming through the tree canopy, and gazing up at the sky – we curated decorative elements that alluded to this concept in form, colour and texture. In the adjacent All-Day Dining area, we focused on the sky at night where we emphasized the moon, stars and planets through a juxtaposition of decorative items with literal representations of the theme. We also introduced plates, utensils and jars for the dining experience using complementary colours, textures, and clever dining arrangements.
Capsule Arts designed several bespoke items for this project including a series of sculptures inspired by planets and the colours of the night sky as well as a collection of smaller accent pieces featuring the sun and moon on black and white marble bases. Across the project, we created a series of feature displays and compositions to elevate objects. These included geodes, metal branches and decorative accessories in acrylic boxes, as well as plates and objects in box frames.
