Capsule Arts announces new Leadership Team Features in Commercial Interior Design

As a response to our growth and increased project demand, our team has increased by more than 60% and has seen several promotions within the year – which shows a true testament to our commitment to the professional development and career trajectory of our team over the last couple of years.

For instance, we’ve expanded our leadership team with the addition of Sarah Hatahet and Andy Champion, who have joined us as Head of Operations and Design Manager respectively. With their combined international experience and expertise, we hope will help us achieve our growth expansion plans to the GCC and Africa.

Champion has a degree in sculpture and installation, as well as an extensive background in visual merchandising, art consulting, manufacturing, and operations. He has recently moved to the UAE, having worked with Kalisher in the United States previously. Meanwhile, as a design manager, Hatahet brings artistic prowess and diverse experience. With a background in fine arts specializing in printmaking, her eye for design and style has been honed through her work as an art educator, gallery manager, art curator, and art consultant.

Hatahet has international experience at large art consultancy firms across the United States (Kalisher and Indiewalls) Europe, and the Middle East. Capsule Arts says she will be an invaluable asset, with exceptional skills in artistic connections, project management, and arts education.

Hatahet said: “Joining Capsule Arts as design manager is an incredible opportunity for me to merge my passion for art and curation with Capsule Arts’ design values and creative vision. I look forward to utilizing my knowledge and experience to inspire, lead, and mentor the talented team towards achieving remarkable milestones and bringing captivating projects to fruition.”

Co-founder and MD Bhatia said: “Our ambitions are set to be a leading global art consultancy and we’re very excited about Andy and Sarah’s role in making that a reality as we continue to grow the team and take on more projects across the MEA region.”
